What Am I Holding On To That I Need To Let Go Of?
What are you holding on?
Sometimes we don’t know that what gives us stress, we can’t figure it out at times but sooner or later when things that start giving us anxiety, we somehow came to know that this is the things that are not letting us survive, but the question lie that why do we still keep holding onto these? Sometimes past do not set us free from our memories, guilt’s, regrets, and certain incidents that are etched in our memories.
It feels like the past always catches up to us that don’t let us move forward in our lives. To live a happy life we have to let go of certain things that are making us miserable every single time.
Holding onto negative things is sometimes as hard as letting go of the right things but it is us who decides that whether we want to let it go or we want to live with it. Holding onto things will always hurt you and will take you back to the nostalgia.
We need to let go of the negative things and move forward. We gain experiences when we face failures and challenges but instead of getting strong we let it affect us and that is the main problem with us that we give up, we disappoint, we get hurt, and start considering ourselves losers.
Sometimes it is because of our lack of confidence which is boosted or sometimes our lack of belief in ourselves. All we need is just to improve ourselves regarding what we wish for and cut our thoughts that become a barrier in our progress, even a little progress can be a great achievement for us. We all should get behind our tasks instead of thinking that he/she is better than me. We all are good, we all deserve better but the problem is that we all thinking the same which is not a good thing.
